Palazzolo’s Artisan Gelato was displaying their great tasting gelato at the NRA trade show in Chicago this past May 18-21. Mr Pete Palazzolo contacted C. Nelson several years ago to have Nelson design 2 storage truck freezer 
cabinets designed to hold his frozen Artisan Gelato, as he traveled around the country, for his special events . Pete developed a mobile merchandising program with his specially designed truck. There were several special needs that Pete needed and C. Nelson meet the challenge. C. Nelson has been building specialty freezers for mobile trucks for many years. The cabinets operate at night or when the truck is not in use and keep temperature via cold plate technology. The science behind the cold plate technology allows the stored product to stay frozen without the truck freezer operating during the day, or, as Pete later told us, for several days.
C.Nelson builds a variety of sizes of Truck Freezers for the frozen treat industry. C. Nelson will offer custom settings for their customer’s special product needs. Truck Freezers are designed to hold product for days without power depending on the environment the customer is operating in.
