Eric’s Ice Cream, Bowling Green, Ohio is about to open their new Bowling Green, Ohio shop this spring, but, first Eric is working the spring sport events with his new 2014 mobile ice cream scoop truck.  This truck was designed and equipped by George Dunlap and the team at C. Eric wanted an ice cream mobile truck that would allow him to serve up his many flavors of his Handcrafted Homemade Eric’s Ice Cream from his local plants in Defiance and Bowling Green, OH.  The truck is designed to offer, scoops, sundae’s, shakes and other blended ice cream drinks.  Eric’s truck allows him to “take it to the streets”.  Call today and see how you can “take it to the streets” with C. Ice Cream Catering Cart, by C. Nelson Mfg., Co., for Cliff’s Homemade Ice Cream

Cliff'sCliff’s Homemade operates 2 buiness within the one operation; first they have a wonderful Homemade ice cream shop, and second they run a growing Ice Cream Catering business.  Cliff’s new addition to their fleet of catering ice cream carts was delivered May 2014.  The cart designed by C. Nelson Mfg., for Cliff’s had to meet rigid requirements to pass the Cliff test.  It had to be sized just right to 1) get into office building elevators, and 2) to move though the tight office space within the office buildings.

The new design for Cliff’s had to meet their size issues; 1) had to be shorter to fit into a freight elevator, and 2) narrow to fit in-between the tight office spaces within the office buildings serviced by Cliff’s.  C. Nelson working with Cliff’s came up with a great design that worked perfectly.

Cliff’s uses a Ford Transit Van to get to their customers in their downtown office buildings.  The Ford Transit Van will hold 2 catering carts and is easy  to load and unload.
